Welcome to WebInstant. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

WebInstant ("we", "our", "us") provides services related to:

  • Website Development
  • Landing Pages
  • Portfolio Websites
  • Business Websites
  • E-commerce Setup
  • Basic Hosting & Domain Setup Support
  • Website Maintenance

These Terms govern all projects, communication, payments, and delivery.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have guardian supervision)
  • You are legally allowed to enter into an agreement

3. Service Scope

WebInstant delivers work strictly based on:

  • The chosen plan
  • The agreed features
  • The written discussion provided by the client
  • The final project brief approved by the client

Important: Any additional features, pages, or changes outside the agreed scope will be charged additionally.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on:

  • Plan selected
  • Client responsiveness
  • Requirements provided

Delays in providing text, images, content, or approval will extend the delivery date.

5. Payments

  • 100% advance OR milestone-based payments (depending on project value)
  • Work begins only after initial payment is received
  • All payments are non-refundable once the work has started
  • International payments may include additional fees

6. Revisions Policy

  • Each plan includes limited revisions (as mentioned in the plan)
  • Revisions are meant for corrections, not new features
  • Major redesigns or additional requests will be charged extra

7. Delivery & Handover

After completion:

  • We deliver website files OR upload the website to the client's hosting
  • Provide basic training (if included in the plan)

After handover, the client is responsible for maintaining login credentials.

8. Maintenance

Maintenance is provided only if:

  • The plan includes maintenance
  • The client has purchased a maintenance package

Free maintenance includes:

  • Minor fixes
  • Basic updates
  • Uptime support

It does not include redesigns or feature upgrades.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Correct information
  • Required content (text, images, branding)
  • Access to hosting/domain if needed

WebInstant is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete content.

10. Hosting & Domain

WebInstant does not own or control hosting/domains.

We only assist in:

  • Setup
  • Configuration
  • Deployment

Any hosting issues, outages, or domain problems are the responsibility of the hosting provider.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided once:

  • Work has started
  • Any file has been created
  • Any preview has been delivered

Refunds are only possible if WebInstant has not started the project at all.

12. Ownership & Usage Rights

After full payment:

  • The client owns the website files
  • WebInstant may showcase the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise

13. Communication

All communication must be done through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Direct message on platform (Freelancer/Fiverr/Client Platform)

Verbal communication is not considered valid.

14. Confidentiality

We protect client data, files, and ideas. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information.

15. Limitation of Liability

WebInstant is not responsible for:

  • Hosting crashes
  • Domain issues
  • Third-party tool errors
  • Security issues caused by weak client passwords
  • Loss of data due to client actions

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

16. Termination

We may end a project if:

  • Client is unresponsive for 7+ days
  • Client uses abusive language
  • Client fails to pay remaining amounts

Work done until that point will be payable.

17. Acceptance of These Terms

By using WebInstant services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
