At WebInstant, we aim to deliver high-quality websites and digital services with full transparency and customer satisfaction.

Our Commitment to Fairness

Our refund policy is designed to be fair for both the client and our team. We believe in transparent communication and reasonable solutions.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund only under the following conditions:

A. Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before the project starts, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

B. Within the First Draft Stage

If we have delivered the first draft and you are dissatisfied, you may request a partial refund.

Note: In this case, 40%–50% of the project amount may be refunded depending on the work completed.

C. If WebInstant Fails to Deliver

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We fail to start your project within the agreed timeline
  • We fail to deliver the initial draft within the promised timeframe (unless delayed due to client-side issues)

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable if:

Project Stage Issues

  • You approved the design and asked for final development
  • The website has been fully developed or delivered
  • Delays occur due to missing client inputs (content, images, login access, etc.)
  • You decide to discontinue the service after substantial progress

Third-Party Costs

  • Hosting/domain charges are already purchased, as these are third-party, non-refundable services
  • Custom requests, premium elements, or paid plugins have already been purchased on your behalf

3. E-Commerce, Business, or Custom Websites

These projects require more time and resources. Due to the complexity:

  • Refunds are not provided once development has started
  • Partial refunds may be considered only before delivering the first draft

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

India (UPI/Bank Transfer)

3–7 business days from approval date

International Payments (PayPal/Bank Transfer)

5–14 business days from approval date
