From a humble beginning to a movement for mindful living
MittiMart was born from a simple idea: to bridge the gap between traditional artisans and conscious consumers. Our founder, a passionate environmentalist and art lover, started with just three local potters and a vision for sustainable commerce.
We launched our first collection of handcrafted pottery and organic soil products at a local farmer's market. The response was overwhelming, confirming there was a growing demand for sustainable, ethically-made products.
We expanded our artisan network to include weavers, bamboo craftsmen, and natural fiber artists. Our online store launched, allowing us to reach customers across the country who shared our values of sustainability and craftsmanship.
We started our sustainability workshops and blog, educating customers about eco-friendly living. Our tree-planting initiative began, planting three trees for every order placed, making us a carbon-negative business.
Today, MittiMart partners with over 50 artisans across India, has planted thousands of trees, and serves thousands of customers. We're not just a business - we're a community dedicated to preserving crafts and protecting our planet.
